Job Review 

We are looking for a professional and experienced Green Coffee Quality Manager to join our coffee laboratory on an immediate basis. You will be the interface between our supplier, warehouse and our laboratory to follow up quality of all samples coming in and out through our laboratory.   Together with the team, you will work to develop different flavored cup profiles for our customers. Hold cupping session together with our customer. 

We also offer this position for interns who lives abroad and wants to be part of the team and share experience by cupping coffee from its origin Ethiopia. The internship program will start on September 2020 and ends March 2021. The key requirement and responsibility of an intern is to live abroad and to have experience on cupping.  

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Q-grader.
  • Can objectively assess coffee quality.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the area of sample roasting, cupping and sensory evaluation.
  • Have good understanding on how coffee laboratory is managed.
  • Work experience in handling and processing of coffee during warehousing. 
  •  Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Understand customer needs and quality requirements beforehand.
